Technology should
work for you.
Your life belongs to you. Your conversations, your memories, your attention. They shouldn't be the price of admission.
We’re building Micro: an open personal assistant for everyday life. A place to ask questions, make sense of things and get something done. Something useful that lets you get on with your day.
Help without the hooks.
Our commitment is simple: no advertising, no selling your attention, no designing for addiction. An assistant should help you spend less time dealing with technology.
Open means you have a choice.
Read the code. Run your own server. Choose your models. Or use our hosted service without having to manage the infrastructure. You shouldn't need to become a system administrator to have an alternative.
Independence is something we build.
Micro still relies on external providers for some capabilities. We believe those dependencies should be visible, replaceable and under your control. That’s the direction we’re working towards.
Make room for life.
The goal is to make everyday life a little simpler. A useful answer. One small action. Something you no longer have to keep in your head.
